Description

Submersible Close Impeller Pump Working Principle

Submersible close impeller pumps are fwith a closed impeller. The suction opening in the base plate is directly in contact with the fluid to be pumped. The rotation impeller transmits kinetic energy to the fluid which is centrifuged in the ring chamber, where part of the kinetic energy is transformed into pressure energy. The particular design of the impeller optimizes hydraulic efficiency, while allowing the pump to handle muddy fluids containing solids in suspension and short fibers without danger of clogging.
